Art. 1.° Organizase el Cuerpo de Mensajeros de los correos de encomiendas nacionales, compuesto de veinte individuos, que tendrán la asignación mensual de ochocientos pesos ($ 800) cada uno, y que gozarán, ademas, de la cantidad de cinco pesos ($ 5), como auxilio de marcha, por cada legua que recorran en ejercicio de sus funciones.
