Si dentro del mes de gracia a que se refiere el artículo 1152, el asegurado no se acoge a una de las opciones indicadas, el asegurador podrá, a su arbitrio, aplicar el valor de cesión o rescate a la prórroga del seguro original o al pago de las primas e intereses causados.
