La Junta de Directores del Instituto Nacional de financiamiento Cooperativo estará integrada por cinco (5) miembros designados así: dos (2) por el Presidente de la República, dos (2) por las organizaciones cooperativas nacionales de grado superior, y uno (1) por las cooperativas que no estén afiliadas a estos últimos organismos.
