Art. 1° Restablecese en esta ciudad al colejio Militar de la Nacion, sobre las bases señaladas en el decreto ejecutivo de 24 de agosto de 1861. Dicho establecimiento principiara sus trabajos en el mes de setiembre próximo, en el local de propiedad nacional que se designó.
