Lo establecido en el presente decreto no exime al importador de cumplir con las demás disposiciones legales aplicables para la importación y/o comercialización de las mercancías, entre otras, las establecidas en materia aduanera, tributaria, de salud pública, sanitaria y fitosanitaria.
