Las exenciones arancelarias de que trata el literal h) del artículo 9º del presente decreto, serán aplicables a las importaciones de maquinaria, equipos y repuestos destinados a la explotación, beneficio, transformación y transporte de la actividad minera y a la explotación, transporte por ductos y refinación de hidrocarburos.
