Art. 16. Para los efectos del artículo 879 del Código Fiscal, se reputa título lejítimo el documento de pago, siempre que el interesado haya hecho la designacion del punto de adjudicacion, i quo hayan trascurrido por lo ménos veinte años despues de verificado el pago.
