Corresponde a las entidades ejecutoras de proyectos de inversión financiados con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías (SGR) realizar su cierre dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la finalización de los mismos, expedir el acto administrativo correspondiente y reportarlo en el mes siguiente al respectivo órgano colegiado de administración y decisión (OCAD) y al Sistema de Monitoreo, Seguimiento, Control y Evaluación (SMSCE).
