El Gobierno depositará, inmediatamente que esta Ley sea promulgada, en el Banco de la República, la cantidad de setenta mil pesos ($ 70.000), a favor de Gloria Gaitán Jaramillo, hija del ilustre sacrificado, para que le sea entregada en cuotas de quinientos pesos ($ 500) mensuales, con destino a su educación dentro o fuera del país.
