De la prohibición de suministrar la anestesia y realizar el procedimiento quirúrgico. Prohíbese aplicar anestesia y llevar a cabo intervenciones quirúrgicas por parte del mismo médico en forma simultánea, salvo en los casos de urgencia atendidos en instituciones hospitalarias que dispongan de un solo profesional de la medicina.
