La Política Pública de Trabajo Digno y Decente cuenta con los siguientes enfoques: enfoque de derechos humanos, enfoque de derechos humanos de las mujeres, enfoque de género, enfoque de discapacidad, enfoque de interseccionalidad, enfoque diferencial, enfoque de curso de vida, enfoque poblacional, enfoque territorial, enfoque antirracista, enfoque de debida diligencia en las empresas, enfoque medio ambiental para las transiciones justas. Los enfoques complementarán las normas concretas previstas en el Decreto número 1072 de 2015.
