Artículo tercero . Las pensiones por incapacidad permanente parcial reconocidas por el Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales, se revalorizarán en forma tal que mantengan la misma proporción que tenían en el momento de su otorgamiento en relación a la correspondiente pensión de incapacidad permanente total revalorizada.
