Para dar cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el artículo anterior, destinase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), que se apropiará en la vigencia próxima. De no hacerse así, el gobierno abrirá los créditos necesarios, o hará los traslados correspondientes, a fin de asegurar la efectividad de la presente Ley.
