Para efectos de la exigencia prevista en el literal d) del artículo 10 de la Ley 09 de 1983, cuando se trate de sociedades de economía mixta será suficiente que la sociedad esté inscrita en el Registro Nacional de Valores. Se entiende por sociedad de economía mixta, la sociedad comercial que se constituye con aportes estatales y de capital privado.
