Fuentes de financiación. La Política de Gratuidad en la matrícula se financiará con recursos del Presupuesto General de la Nación dispuestos por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.

Parágrafo

Las entidades territoriales y las instituciones de educación superior públicas, en el marco de sus competencias legales y reglamentarias, podrán cofinanciar la Política Gratuidad en la matrícula.
