Delegación de funciones. La Zona Franca podrá, mediante acuerdo de su Junta Directiva, proferido con el voto favorable e indelegable del Ministro de Desarrollo Económico o su delegado, y la aprobación del Gobierno Racional, recibir delegación de funciones de aquellas que le están encomendadas a otros organismos descentralizados del orden nacional, departamental o municipal, cuando tal delegación sea conveniente o necesaria para asegurar la eficaz ejecución de las actividades que se deleguen.
