Suspensión total o parcial de trabajos o servicios . Consiste en la orden de cese de las actividades o servicios en un establecimiento o institución prestadora de servicios de salud, cuando con ellos se estén violando las disposiciones previstas en las normas sanitarias. La suspensión podrá ordenarse en forma parcial o total. (Artículo 15 del Decreto 2240 de 1996)
