El Gobierno llamará a este Curso a los Coroneles y Capitanes de Navío que tuvieren en su grado dos (2) o más años de antigüedad, que estén clasificados en lista número 1 o 2 y que hayan cumplido su requisito de mando en el grado, en la fecha de iniciación del Curso.
