Desígnase la Comitiva de Estado que en nombre de la República de Colombia viajará a la ciudad del Vaticano en donde se realizó el cónclave del Colegio Cardenalicio reunido para elegir un nuevo Pontífice para la Iglesia Católica Romana. La entronización pontifical tendrá lugar en la Ciudad del Vaticano el día 19 de marzo de 2013. Para tal efecto el Gobierno Nacional ha decidido nombrar la siguiente comitiva de Estado: • Doctora María Ángela Holguín Cuéllar, Ministra de Relaciones Exteriores de la República de Colombia, quien presidirá la comitiva • Doctor César Gaviria Trujillo, expresidente de la República de Colombia • Doctor Alejandro Ordóñez Maldonado, Procurador General de la Nación • Profesor Guillermo León Escobar Herrán, exembajador ante el gobierno de la Santa Sede
