De la aplicación del código de comercio. Para la liquidación a que se refiere el artículo anterior y en todos los demás casos que se produzca, se podrán aplicar las normas previstas en los Capítulos IX y X del Código de Comercio, en todo aquello que sea compatible con la naturaleza del proceso aplicable a las instituciones sin ánimo de lucro.
