º El artículo 3º. del Decreto número 529 de 1956 quedará así: La Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos tendrá un Gerente General de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República; y los Departamentos de Aguas y Fomento Eléctrico, de Vivienda y Acueductos y Alcantarillados que la integran, tendrán cada uno un Director nombrado por el Gerente General de la Corporación, con aprobación de la Junta Directiva de la misma.
