º. Cuando se den los supuestos previstos en el artículo 10 de la Ley 209 de 1995, Ecopetrol, dentro de los 10 días hábiles siguientes al recibo de la liquidación mensual o trimestral, deberá solicitar al Banco de la República el reintegro de la suma correspondiente. El Banco de la República girará a Ecopetrol la suma respectiva dentro de los cinco días hábiles siguientes al recibo de la solicitud y Ecopetrol las distribuirá en el término y forma previstos en el inciso final del artículo 10 de la Ley 209 de 1995.
