Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. Para adelantar la formulación y estructuración de proyectos de inversión con cargo a las asignaciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto, la persona jurídica o su representante legal no podrán estar incursas en causales de inhabilidad o incompatibilidad, o en procesos de insolvencia o ser sujetos de medidas de sanción fiscal o disciplinaria.
