º. Provisión del empleo . El Superintendente de Notariado y Registro proveerá temporalmente mediante la figura de encargo, el cargo de Registrador Principal de Instrumentos Públicos del Círculo Registral de Popayán, Cauca, código 0191, grado 20, conforme lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 75 de la Ley 1579 de 2012, hasta tanto, se surta el trámite de designación que corresponda, por parte del Gobierno nacional.
