ARTICULO 9o . De acuerdo con lo estatuido en el artículo 3o. de la Ley 64 de 1923, las loterías oficiales existentes antes de la vigencia de la citada Ley, podrán seguir funcionando, ciñéndose en un todo a las normas trazadas en el presente Decreto.
