Art. 1° . El Administrador-tesorero de la Aduana de Santamarta situará en Pueblo-viejo dos Guardas del Resguardo, que serán relevados cada quince dias, cuales, ademas de sus deberes legales de celar el contrabando en jeneral, tendrán el especial de impedir el que se intente para eludir el pago del derecho de internacion de sal marina.
