Traslado de Procesos Disciplinarios. Los procesos disciplinarios que se estén adelantando contra los funcionarios del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario (INPEC) que hagan parte de la planta de personal de la Unidad de Servicios Penitenciarios y Carcelarios (SPC) estarán a cargo de ella, los cuales serán transferidos por el INPEC una vez entre en funcionamiento dicha Unidad.
