º Los exportadores de ganados colombianos deberán proveerse de un certificado de sanidad, expedido por el Veterinario del sitio de origen, por el más próximo a este sitio, o en último término, por el veterinario del puerto o frontera por donde se pretenda exportar. Este certificado llenará los requisitos exigidos en el artículo precedente.
