Declárense surtidos los efectos del artículo K de las disposiciones transitorias de la Constitución y expresamente derogadas todas las disposiciones sobre prensa, dictadas con anterioridad a la presente Ley, excepción hecha de las que se refiere a los delitos de injuria y de calumnia, y siempre que estas no se opongan a lo aquí preceptuado.
