El condenado a quien se haya puesto en libertad en virtud de lo dispuesto en los dos artículos anteriores, perderá el beneficio de que trata esta Ley, si antes de la fecha en que terminare la duración de la pena impuesta de acuerdo con la sentencia respectiva, vuelve a cometer cualquier otro delito. Y en este caso se le aplicarán además, si fuere el caso, las reglas relativas a la reincidencia.
