La inscripción en el libro de matrículas contendrá el nombre, la edad, lugar de nacimiento de los matriculados y el nombre de sus padres y el de la persona á cuyo cargo esté en la ciudad. Firmarán las inscripciones el Rector, el Vicerrector, el matriculado y- la persona á cuyo cargo quede éste.
