Cuando los oficiales y suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares y de la Policía Nacional y agentes se retiren o sean retirados o separados del servicio y por necesidades de éste no hayan hecho uso de vacaciones causadas, tendrán derecho al pago de la totalidad de ellas en dinero, liquidadas con base en los últimos haberes devengados.
