Registros del sistema de control de emisiones. Los responsables de fuentes fijas que tengan sistema de control de emisiones atmosféricas, deberán llevar un registro de operación y mantenimiento del mismo. La autoridad competente podrá revisarlo en cualquier momento y solicitar modificaciones o adiciones.
