Los ínstructores militares tendrán á sú cargo lá dirección de los ejercicios de tiro, turnándose de dos en dos horas, si fuere preciso, y concurrirán á las reuniones del Directorio cuando fueren citados ó cuando estimen conveniente concurrir. Tendrán como el Presidente, voz y voto en esas sesiones.
