Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el inciso 2° del artículo 20 del Decreto 405 de 2001, el artículo 10 del Decreto 449 de 2003 y el artículo 10 del Decreto 1797 de 2008.
