Organos de asesoría y coordinación . Además de otros órganos de asesoría y coordinación que sean creados por disposición legal o reglamentaria, el Ministerio de Educación Nacional contará con: el Comité de Coordinación de Control Interno, la Comisión de Personal y el Comité de Defensa Judicial y Conciliación, los cuales se integrarán y cumplirán las funciones respectivas, de acuerdo con las disposiciones vigentes sobre la correspondiente materia.
