Las contraprestaciones por el permiso por el derecho al uso del espectro radioeléctrico, en estaciones de radioaficionado que operen en las bandas atribuidas al servicio de radioaficionado, conforme al plan nacional de frecuencias, se entenderán incorporadas a la licencia, permiso o registro.
