Ley 1264 de 2008 · Por medio de la cual se adopta el Código de Etica de los Técnicos Electricistas y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Para los efectos de la presente ley, adóptense los términos contenidos en el juramento aprobado en el siguiente texto:Juro, en elnombre de Dios, cumplir la Constitución y las leyes de mi patria y todas las obligaciones inherentes a la profesión de técnico electricista.

Parágrafo

Quien aspire a obtener matrícula profesional de técnico electricista, deberá previamente conocer y jurar cumplir con lealtad y honor el anterior juramento en el mismo momento de recibirse la matrícula profesional en los términos de la Ley 19 de 1990, con el fin de dar cumplimiento al primer precepto de esta ley.
