° La fuerza pública hará al ilustre finado los honores señalados en el Capítulo 1° del Titulo 4.° del Código Militar ; el Pabellón colombiano permanecerá izado á media asta en los edificios públicos, durante quince días en señal de duelo nacional; en los mismos días las Bandas militares darán una retreta fúnebre en la plaza de Bolivar y los miembros del Ejército llevaran luto por el mismo tiempo.
