Artículo primero. El usufructo cedido a los Municipios de Guapi, Iscuandé y Mosquera por la Ley 37 de 1924, será de un cinco por ciento (5%) del valor del producto bruto de la explotación de los bosques nacionales comprendidos dentro de los límites de sus respectivas jurisdicciones.
