º. Transición. Para los proyectos, obras o actividades a que hace referencia los artículos primero y segundo del presente decreto y que conforme a las normas vigentes antes de su expedición obtuvieron licencia ambiental o empezaron su trámite, podrán continuar con el allí previsto o solicitar su modificación para acogerse al presente.
