Artículo primero. Apruébase el Acuerdo número 14, de 1974 de la Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio, por el cual se adicionan los Estatutos del mismo adoptados por el Acuerdo número 004 de 1973, y aprobados por Decreto 1742 de 1973, cuyo texto es el siguiente: "ACUERDO NUMERO 14 DE 1974 (mayo 3) "por el cual se adicionan los Estatutos del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia adoptados por Acuerdo número 004 de 1973". La Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, en ejercicio de sus facultades legales, acuerda :
