Las funciones asignadas a las oficinas u a las divisiones se ejercerán mediante grupos internos de trabajo que serán creados por el Superintendente, de acuerdo con las necesidades de cada dependencia. En el acto de creación se determinará lo relativo a la distribución de trabajo y la asignación de responsabilidades para el cumplimiento del mismo. Igualmente se dictarán las demás normas necesarias para su funcionamiento.
