Artículo quinto. Los elementos y dotación de las Campañas Sanitarias y Organismos de Salubridad de Arauca, que deben pasar a propiedad de la Nación en virtud de la caducidad del contrato, se destinarán al servicio de las Campañas y Organismos de Salubridad de que trata el presente Decreto. Comuníquese y cúmplase.
