Decreto 2680 de 1976 · Por el cual se aprueban los estatutos del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario -ICA

Para la celebración y prórroga de contratos de prestación de servicios o la ordenación de gastos, con el mismo fin, el Instituto requerirá autorización, previa y favorable de la Presidencia de la República, expendida a solicitud del Ministro de Agricultura.

No habrá lugar al cumplimiento de este requisito cuando la cuantía del contrato o la ordenación del gasto fueren inferiores a trescientos mil pesos ($300.000) o cuando se trate de contratos celebrados para la ejecución o desarrollo de convenios de asistencia técnica suscritos con entidades o gobiernos extranjeros.
