Art. 160. Son bases del convenio en referencia: 1ª Que haya un empleado especial que vigile á los jóvenes cuidadosamente; 2ª Que estén sujetos á una disciplina severa, cuyo principal objeto será corregirlos; 3ª Que reciban enseñanza de Religión y Moral y además la de un oficio; 4ª Que el Director del Asilo informe al Ministerio de Instrucción Pública sobre los resultados obtenidos en la corrección de los jóvenes sujetos á su cuidado, y cuales están, en su concepto suficientemente corregidos de modo de poder volver á ocupar su puesto en el establecimiento de instrucción.
