En el Presupuesto Nacional de Rentas y Gastos de 1959 y siguientes, se apropiaran partidas destinadas a reparar, dotar y terminar la construcción del edificio del Colegio Mayor de San Bartolomé, en la ciudad de Bogotá, hasta completar la suma de un millón cuatrocientos cuarenta y seis mil novecientos noventa y nueve pesos, setenta centavos ($1,.446.999.77).

Parágrafo

Por cuenta y bajo la dirección del Ministerio de Obras Publicas se llevara a cabo el arreglo de la plazuela de propiedad Nacional, aledaña al Colegio al Colegio de San Bartolomé, situada en la esquina de la carrera 7a. con la calle 10a. de la capital de la Republica.
