Artículo primero. Apruébase con modificaciones el Acuerdo número 15 de 2 de marzo de 1970, originario del Consejo Intendencial de San Andrés y Providencia, el cual se transforma en Decreto, así: "DECRETO NUMERO 006 DE 1970 (enero 28) por el cual se determina la planta de personal de funcionarios de la Intendencia Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia y se dictan Otras disposiciones. El Intendente Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia, en uso de la facultad que le confiere el artículo 9° de la Ley 2 a de 1943, en concordancia con el artículo 194, numeral 9° de la Constitución Nacional, decreta:
