TRASLADO Y DECISIÓN. Recibido el informativo por el Director General, ordenará que se corra traslado común a las partes por el término de cinco (5) días hábiles, para que se presenten los alegatos por escrito. Vencido el término, resolverá dentro de las diez (10) días hábiles siguientes.
