Cédese al Municipio de Quibdó el derecho de dominio sobre los terrenos baldíos ubicados dentro del área de la población cabecera del mismo Municipio, que no estuvieren ocupados por particulares con edificaciones.

Parágrafo

El Gobierno hará al expresado Municipio la tradición del dominio sobre los expresados terrenos, sin necesidad de sujetarse a las condiciones de que trata el artículo 94 del Código Fiscal, y previa la delimitación del área urbana de la población.
